Application:Silica gel desiccants for packaging with varous kinds of specifications of packing can be easily put in various packaging of articles (for example instruments and meters, electronic products, leather, dress, foodsuff, medicines and household applicances etc.) so as prevent them from getting damped, mildewed or rust. Materials of packaging:Polyethylene composite paper, OPP plastic film, Adhesive-bonded cloth and other cloth. "DaYang" Container Desicant Silica Gel Nowadays, means of container transportation has developed all over the world, but there is a difficult problem for container shipment. During the course of transpotation, vapor will condense inside the container with change in temperature as well as humidity. Usually, it is called "container rain". It can cause sever damage to goods during transportation. "DaYang" container desiccant can provide and ideal solution to the problem. The SG19-100 and SG19-125 type desiccant have stong adsorption capacity for the vapor inside the container. They can effectively lower the dew point, thus controlling the condensation of vapor inside container. Its adsorption capacity is as follows: RH 50%, 25% min; RH 90%, 35%min. The desorption without causing any pollution. It can be disposed of in trash after being used. Recommended usage quantity: 1.For each 20' container, 40 bags of SG19-100; 32bags of SG19-125; 2.For each 20' container, 80 bags of SG19-100; 64bags of SG19-125. Remark: 1.The a/m is applied to general circumstances, if you use the desiccant in an environment with high temperature and humidity to with big difference of temperature, you can accordingly incrcase the quantity in order to prevent the vapor from condensing. 2.The following explains why the water vapor condenses:If the temperature is 30, the vapor content in the air with high humidity can rech 30.4g/m3, if the temperature drops from 30 to 18, the vapor content in the air can drop to 15.4g/m3. The other vapor, which is 30.4g-15.4g=15g, will condense into water; if the volume is 20m3, 300g of water will condense. This is how the so-called "container rain" is formed. The desiccant can keep the container dry inside and prevent the goods from being damaged when experiencing temperature change between day and night of during a long distance voyage. 3.The SG19-100 is available in 100g/bag and the SG19-125 is 125g/bag. 4.We are in the position to process the desiccant into different packages to the clients' requirements.
